About Melissa
Melissa lives in Charlotte, NC, with her husband of 33 years. They have one adult son. Melissa enjoys reading everything from autobiographies to mystery’s, to Christian living and spiritual formation type books. You can usually find her reading five books at one time, and how she keeps it all straight is a mystery to her. She’s an avid reader, who loves to dig into good literature.

OneThree12 Coaching's discipleship and coaching methods profoundly influenced Melissa. She enjoys coaching women to help them discover their purpose, calling and the areas in which they desire to grow. Melissa’s greatest joy is coming alongside women as they understand and apply the truth of God’s Word to their lives in a real, effective and practical way.
Coaching with Melissa involves thinking through a vision for where you would like to change and mature as a person. Melissa will partner with you in prayer as you seek the Lord for his direction and guidance for your life and respond to the prompting of the Holy Spirit. You will write a Life Plan, to articulate priorities and goals for your personal life, career, ministry and other areas of life. You will then create a plan with Melissa for you to grow and mature by setting goals and benchmarks to implement the Life Goals you have developed. You will learn to align all things with the truth of God’s Word and his calling on your life.
